Do you end up doing things you don't want to do, because saying no feels impossible?
Does every purchase come with guilt, so you keep checking your balance?
Do you keep eating long after you're full, and sigh every time you look in the mirror?
The hard things that keep showing up in your life are, in fact,
a sign that you're hating yourself.
Living while hating yourself is exhausting. I hated myself for a very long time too. But since healing my inner child, I've been living with a freedom and happiness I couldn't have imagined before.
To get out of self-hatred, you have to take care of your heart.
There's a reason you came to hate yourself. The wounds of childhood, and the world's rules about what you have to be to deserve love. That child is still in there, exactly as they were.
When the grown-up you understands and holds that child, life changes.
Of all of them, I've mostly met people who ended up hurting themselves with food. That's because I binged emotionally for five years myself. I exercised, I dieted, I went to doctors, and nothing got better. It was only when I finally took care of my heart that food became easy.
Today I help people struggling with binge eating through 1:1 consulting and e-books. Next, I want to bring this to money and relationships too.
I hope you get to love yourself and live happily. Thank you.
